Brooke & Max | Kingwood, TX Engagement

There was so much fog the morning of Brooke and Max's shoot, that we couldn't even see the dock from the parking lot. I had even messaged Brooke to see if we should move the session back a half hour or so to let the fog clear a bit. It was THAT HEAVY. Our area had been having tons of heavy fog lately, so it wasn't a surprise it was present for the shoot. However, I LOVED shooting in it!!

Jenny & Nick | Houston, TX Wedding

You know when you crawl into your car at the end of the night and your face still hurts from laughing that it was an AWESOME day. I don't think I've laughed that hard during a reception, oh, ever. It helped knowing the majority of the people there, and then seeing those people break it down on the dancefloor (ahem, you know who you are and I LOVE YOU SOOO!)!

Amanda & Scott | Anniversary Session

Remember these two?! Well, they're back and looking snazzy as ever! I met up with Amanda and Scott for their anniversary session at their apartment in the heart of Washington D.C. It was so great to catch up with them and spend the evening hearing about their married life post wedding! I completely enjoyed shooting in their apartment and being able to see how they spend their everyday lives together. 

After their sun went down and my camera was put away for the evening, we went out for tappas together. My first time! Yay! It was so great; the evening, photographing these two, warm conversations, and sharing a meal with them.

Morgan & Quinten | Ft. Worth Wedding Photographer

Living in Texas, you know it rarely has "the perfect day" weather wise...you're either way too hot...or well, sweaty :P But this day, Morgan and Quinten's wedding day, was PERFECT. It was cool and crisp, and beautifully sunny the entire day. I was in Heaven.

Morgan and Quinten got married at this gorgeous church in Fort Worth right before Thanksgiving. Easily, my favorite moment of the day was their first sight. Easily! Just wait until you scroll down to see their reactions :)

Lori & Paul | Bluemont Vineyard Wedding

Some things I loved about Lori and Paul's wedding day:

1. Lori's accessories. Oh my sweet goodness, this girl has style.

2. The ceremony. Lori and Paul offered communion to their guests. Not only did they offer it, but they were the ones passing it along to their guests. I hadn't seen this done at any other wedding, I really really loved it.
