I was watching a movie with my inlaws the evening before Kalena and Joe's wedding, when all of a sudden the power went out...and stayed out well into the next day. East coasters, you remember that freak storm at the end of June? Yep. That's the one. I couldn't help but think about Kalena and Joe when we lost power, knowing they had already set up most of the details for their wedding that would be the next day...including the tent, tables, chairs, ceremony area, and even the DJ booth with equipement. Yiiiiiikes. You should've seen how everyone came together to clean up after the storm and make sure the wedding day still went on without a hitch. And that it did! Besides being one of the hottest days I've been outside since I don't know when, it was such a perfect day for a wedding! You really should have seen the evening sky that day. It was insaaaaane :)
Kalena and Joe, I can't tell you how happy I am for the two of you! Congratulations on such an amazing start to your marriage with such a gorgeous wedding day :) I loved being there with you to celebrate and witness it all! Hope you enjoy the photos :D

These pictures are absolutly beautiful. You captured every moment perfectly. It wa nice to see you mentioned everyone coming together for the cleanup. I was amazed when I looked around and we had just finished decorating the bridal table and we were done and it was only noon! We could not have pulled it off it we hadn't all been there together. The reward was seeing a radient Kalena and Joe take their vows on a perfect night. They are a beautiful couple, and as for the storm....I think it was a sign that this mariage will endure anything! Thanks for doing such a great job to give them memories to look at for a lifetime.
